Keep doing what you do and get online with me some times after hours (in America).
I tried, the last time. I didn't find the ustream channel (I tried the 2 ff.net related channels I know), I even posted a post on the forum to ask where I should go

Anyway, here's the pictures of the 2 figures I fixed.

On the 3rd pic...You see my special reserve of FF.net figures. I 've got some new ideas for my steelers defense squad (and some options for the offense too). Same concept than before ("imagine a football comic book" idea), but with new features...

So stay tuned :D

Go ahead and keep "beautifying" your teams. They look great and you obviously have a passion for it.

I started the defense squad tonight, after an afternoon of tweaking. I tried new things : hybrid between ff.net and heroklix figures ! The goal is obviously to continue that comic style I developed on my Niners and Steelers, with new original features thmbsp$

Here's the first 2 figures. Of course I'll add a lot of details and sculpting on them.

Other athletes

I added new defense poses tonight : bigger, crazier :D

I'm also testing a new thing with a 100% ff.net figure. I sanded the pants of it, to make new personal details. I plan to build a humongous line-style "athlete" with that figure.

The idea is to push that "comic style" idea deeper. It's not fantasy, but yet it's not realism too. We'll see, but I believe it will be fun and cool. :D And I hope, it will integrate nicely on my steelers team.

nose tackle

Hi,

I started sculpting on the nose tackle. I finished the legs, and start to balance the shoulders.

The real Steelers nose tackle is about 325lbs. :D So we'll have some belly, arms and chest sculpting, next ;)

the bigger, the better

adding the arms muscles, and sculpted gloves.

Tonight I'll sculpt the belly, modify the helmet and sculpted face, and tommorow I'll sand the shoulders to sculpt them properly...and it will be done.

Here's an update.

I added belly and chest, and started to work on shoulder pads. I'll try a new technic for the shoulder pads, I'll do them in 3 steps, not only one. ;)

you could stop where you are and I would take that figure!!!

Great stuff, D!!wnnrcgr wnnrcgr wnnrcgr

Thanks !

I didn't dare to measure the actual weight of the figure. I'll have to use very, very thin coats of paint on it to put it under 4.2grams.

4.2g ? Yeah, actually in my own french ruleset, linemen (O and D, not sure if I'll allow 5 men on D since as far as I know, you never see 5 big men on 1st line on defense squads in real life) are allowed to weight 4.20grams each. To simulate real football weights. I think it's fair to autorize that kind of things. Why a center and a WR should weigh the same (4.0grams, for example), after all ? wnnrcgr
