That field size just looks perfect and everything looks beautiful...nice job thmbsp$ . I hope you had fun with this project, is there anything you haven't done in the hobby?!? :D Give me a call sometime if you want to compare notes on the boards.

Having the motor dead center seems to be the smart thing to do, how come Miggle doesn't do the same?

Coach K-LO 02-16-2009 09:13 AM

Well Done!!

Excellent Work Geno!!!!!

I love the elevated field (like old Soldiers Field)thmbsp$ thmbsp$ thmbsp$ thmbsp$ thmbsp$

Generic fields are cool when you have so many teams that will need to play on it!

send the PM on $$$ for the next edition............

I wonder about the one motor too, but I have seen field that are powerful with just one....

NO dead zones on the FORCEFIELD. LOL :) Honestly I have more than enough power. The rotary control switch is very near as low as it can go at game speed. I actually had a couple of hot spots that I had to settle down. That was one of my main goals in building this field, smooth quiet even power. I think a tweak or two more and I am there.thmbsp$

I can't get anyone here in Oklahoma to slice me a the size Metal I need?
These Savages here want a person to purchase, order, and make you pay for the cuts on a 10' piece of metal to make just one table game!? :rnt;
Who's got connections on just one piece already cut to size dude? let me know if you can leak out that info to me lol.... :)

THE FORCE IS STRONG IN THIS ONE!

Geno,

I share Michigan Joe's sentiment that playing on a larger field is THEE ultimate way to play. Welcome to the club! I know the satisfaction you feel having made that puppy from scratch and seeing that the fruit of your labor has bared so many compliments. Kudos to you on a job well done. thmbsp$

On another note, I spoke with OldSchool earlier tonight while I was out and about, and he mentioned that you are bringing the ForceField to The BRAWL at the Hall. GREAT NEWS!!! ppls$ We are going to have almost every make and model there and I can't wait to play a few rounds on each one. Hopefully we can talk Kansas Bill into coming out, too. I owe him a game of ARENA!!! ;)

Take care of yourself and see ya in Canton!

Jimbo,
Yes the "FORCEFIELD" will be makin the trip to Canton for the SWB09.thmbsp$

I will work on Kansas Bill to make the trip. Flynt & I do a little bit of arena also. We may have to toss in the little 500 with the Arena cover and bring the teams. :fghttt: :fghttt:
