We will be getting together over the holidays, a group known as"ShErnRob" as so named by "Reg", your invited as well. On line known as "The Rookie", "Earnest Claiborne", and myself. We can cut your learning curve tremendously and teach you how to build a winning team. I can teach you my techniques on tweaking and team building as can Earnest, and Doug, "The Rookie". Just let me know if your interested. I don't live far, I'm in Arlington. I've been doing this for a while, an ddon't mind sharing my techniques with you, I'm sure Earnest and Doug, don't mind either, I'll make sure of that. Good luck on your journey.
