Another good way is 1/8 inch styrene tubing, cut it so it is about half a centimeter long, paint it black (or your teams colors) and put a decal on there, put a very little dab of super glue on the waistband of your figure (or modge podge) and you have a handwarmer!

I've used electrical tape, rolled over a few times and cut, I glue it on, throw a decal on, WHAM...ready for the snow ppcrn
