since you asked........
here you go......
6-OL 1-QB 2-TE 4-WR 4-RB 5-DL 5-LB 6-DB  |
Always flexable skilled postions
5 OL
2 TE 3-RB 2-QB 4-WR 16--- offensive 6-DL 5-LB 6-DB 17 -----defesive 33 When playing one color offense and defense, it is much different then Offense Dark/Defense light in the area of special teams. That is in my opinion. So if I were building a team to play in both formats , I would have my extra bases reflect the need for speed on special teams. RS |

For Shootout rules with injuries and one base per player I'd stack my roster like this:
17 offense 2 QB (1 speed, 1 power) 3 RB (1 FB with blocking capabilities, 2 TB that combined in a pro set can use the entire field) 7 OL (need 2 lateral moving tackles or for west coast go 5 lateral and 2 TTC) 3 WR (1 break away speed + KR, 1 strong possesion guy, 1 speed/strengthcombo) 2 TE (1 blocking primary, 1 reciever oriented) 16 Defense 5 DL (3 strong run stoppers, 2 quicker pass rushers) 4 CB (2 speed, 2 strong) 3 S (1 rookie base, 2 TTC) 2 ILB (TTC versatile players) 2 OLB (loopers for additional pass rush) |
