7 On The Los

As long as you have your 5 OL and 2 WRs or TEs on the LOS on opposite sides of the Center, THAT satisfies "7 men on the LOS." thmbsp$

IF this is a specific SWB question, "Any receiver not on the line of scrimmage must be at least 1 yard and no more than a base length off of the line of scrimmage (most downfield portion of their base)."

IF it is not, then refer to your specific League Rules ie Mr. FF. :D ;)

Yes! that's the shoot out rules

is your definition of a full house back field 3 running backs lined up within the tackles? can you run a wing T?

In MY playbook, Chris, what it looks like you referred to was what I call a "FlexBone": two WBs just outside the OTs. That is legal in ALL Leagues that I am aware of. What usually happens (IN REAL LIFE) is one of those WBs goes into motion behind the FB and the QB hands-off the rock like a Lead Power Run. thmbsp$

The 2nd pic is a true Wing-T with 3 Running Backs in the backfield. This formation is prohibited in most Leagues that I know of.

The difference between legal and not legal is: IF they are to be considered WRs, then they must be outside of the OTs and no further than a base-length off the LOS. Between the OTs and in the backfield is usually deemed an illegal formation.

Cool beans? thmbsp$

cool. i've been told that the formation that i posted has various names, flexbone, double wing, wing t, etc. but yes, the explanation of how you run it is pretty close to how i know to run it. the main difference is the wingback motions in front of the fullback to receive the handoff for the sweep. from this, you can also dive the fullback, run a reverse with the other wingback, option, waggle the qb or bootleg the qb.

fun stuff!ppls$

Gotta Love College Football!!!

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but IMHO I think I am the ONLY one that allows anything and everything that they do in the NCAA to be done in Jimbo's Annual (except 2008) Miniature College Football Championship Tournament. Coming next January!!!

I allow angles, motions, fullhouse, options, dives, sweeps, hail mary's, reverses, hb option passes, fob and abc tackles, strategy divider, action box and multi-stop!!!!!!!!! thmbsp$ ppls$ :chr:
