I am a purchasing analyst for US Foodservice in Los Angeles. We are a national company that sells food and restaurant supplies to everybody from your mom and pop hamburger joint to national account chain restaurants, colleges, healthcare facilities, the government, etc...

I spend my days compiling data, making custom reports and tracking all facets of our purchasing dept.

Great topic, good to hear what everyone does to earn their money and spend it on little plastic men.
