Try 1 other thing. We are doing this in our league at it adds an exciting edge. Use the passing sticks and once the receiver hits the magnet, put down a passing target if you have one, and then use the TTQB to complete the pass. If you don't have a target throw at player as you normally would. You'll find alot more short receptions as oppossed to so many long plays.

Hi Detroit Child,

I have been back in the hobby for a couple of years. As I do not particpate in a league I either play solitare or with my 8 year old. We use both methods with a great bit of fun. I love the sticks as they make for interesting game play with the posibilty of interceptions. There is also no question as whether the pass was complete. However, the TTQB is the most widley used method and, as you have heard, without skill you stand little chance in competitive play. I should know as it is a skill that I am still working on.
It is great to have both tools as they enhance gameplay. You should attend BuzzBall 2009 and experience using the sticks in competitive play. I learned there and loved it!ppls$
