When you reach 45 and you suddenly need bifocals so instead of measuring the distance from your eyes to the computer screen where you work everyday for 8 hours you have them adjust the bifocal distance from your eyes to the usual field height that you play at. Serious!

i know i am hooked when i go house hunting and the realtor is talking to me about central air, gas meters and boilers, and i am in a daze from that spare room i just saw in the basement that would be PERFECT for an out of the way ELECTRIC FOOTBALL ROOM ALL TO MYSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to "gather" my thoughts one day and post some myself cause I got LOTS...I AM OUTTA CONTROL...tweaking, speed, strength, painting, decals, chinstraps, facemasks, gotta practice passing, I suc, which clear coat, practice plays, be balanced for different board speeds, whoops, need better safeties, when and how should I build my board, how many motors, need to make some down linemen, hope I can, need to start my JET team, need ITZ's...I'll stop there...all that just went thru my head in 1/10 of second...ya think I'm hooked??:)

Like many people going thru changes in the work place, my post office just had a major city scheme(route changes for street addresses) change.
What I always liked about my job was once you knew the scheme, you could pretty much sleep walk thru the job. But now, I can't go to my HAPPY PLACE, because I have to focus and rememorize all this stuff. Up to a couple weeks
ago, I could scheme about all the teams and custom players, alternate fantasy unis, and game boards I wanted. It's been a mentally stifling experience.mgngcrz mgngcrz
