Hi,

I used some vallejo game "sunburst yellow" (not sure of the name..."sun-something" for sure) for the main color, and I shaded it with some Citadel "ogryn flesh" wash. thmbsp$

Quite simple paint job on that team.

plateforms flocked

Hi,

So the figures are finished, varnished, and the plateforms are flocked. THe most observative will see that I didn't make the shoulders numbers : I just became too lazy for it... :rtfl:

I glued the modelling flock with PVA glue, then once it dried, I added another coat of diluted pva glue. It makes the modelling flock more stronger, because that figures are game figs after all...so the bases should destroy the grass effect if it's not strong enough.

Here the pics !

I LOVE THOSE GLOVES thmbsp$ thmbsp$ thmbsp$

the french guy 03-30-2010 03:34 PM

I agree. It's a very easy way to make detailed hands, a WAY easier and faster than sculpting them. Just paint the glove in black, then add the color of your choice like I did. The result is quite realistic in real thmbsp$

I'll use that technic on my next figs.
