...you played a game with a cumulative score of 70+ points? Matt Miller (miltron) and I had ourselves a blast today playing my favorite version of miniature football...ARENA!!!

CHICAGO GETS STORMED

Kurt Warner and Billy Dickens had awesome games, as did Willis Jacox and Antonio Chatman. With one play remaining in the game, and down by 3, Warner took the snap from his own 5 and pumped downfield to Lamart Cooper in the left post, but decided to throw an easy dart out to Jacox on the right wall at the 10. With his defender trailing by 5yds, Jacox turned on the jets and streaked 40 yards to paydirt to give the BARNSTORMERS their 5th and final lead of the game. Double zeros hit the gameclock and every fat lady in Iowa was singing! Iowa 37, Chicago 34.

I am aw-struck at the detail of the figures and the field looks just to cool...not to mention it looks like a lot of fun (ie nets, three blockers). I can only imagine that it takes a different kind of strategy to win at Arena football, I would like to try it sometime Jimbo...maybe on my next trip to Gary...what do you say?
