smooth dreadlocks.........
Teams are looking snappy...... it won't be long before standard paint jobs will be a thing of the past. Keep up the outstanding work Coach K-Lo |
Eye candy!
I continue to be impressed, dare say blown away by the incredible paint jobs and figures that have been put on this board. Wow. These Lions are so good I almost want to cry. How did you do those dreadlocks? Steve.
|
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
Thanks much for your props!
The dreads are really easy, I get a roll of magnet from Michaels, the kind with an adhesive backing. I cut little strips, then those strips I cut into little strips, and then I get my Exacto and make even smaller strips. I then crazy glue a few under the helmet. The rest, well, it's magnet so you can pile them on and they'll hold and look natural, the I just hit it with a gloss coat, it seals the deal, and dries looking like a nice mane of dreads. Hope this helps, or was at least explained coherently:D |
Great job and thanks for the info on the dreads.... by the way, the coach looks great too.
