I like the "real hand concept" (I have to try that!), but sometimes it appears a little out of proportion. I personaly prefer a mat or "satin" finish on the clothes and skin, and keep the glossy varnish for the helmet. It gives the fig a nice contrast, and helps to "read" the paint effects too. I'd make a nice finish on the plateforms : a beautiful figure on a unfinished plateform depreciate the overall aspect (old miniatures painting rule...). Anyway, the overall look of the figs is great thmbsp$ I'm sure you can do even better ! |
Sweet Hommie!
The New Chris Rob AKA Joe Is in the house fellows! Hommie I see you are
getting Better & Better . Peace |
Very impressive.
Hands look too big, but that may just be the pic. ONE2WATCH's hands look to big in pics also, but when you see them in person, its not bad at all. Poses are nice, hair is tight. Very good work. What part of New Jersey are you in? |
Bring back CREWCUTS!!!

New Jersey in the house
:rnt; I'm from Red Bank: Monmouth County but now I live in Toms River NJ. aka The Jersey Shore. The pic makes the hands look big but they are not that big. I thought so at first also, but then I looked at the pic I used to make the fig and they are about the same size. The hands take some time to make but I like the look thank's for input and reply. PM me or hit me up (732)779-9002 for figs. Also props go out to (one2watch) his figs inspired me. Steeler1....

Hey new guy,
Great job on the figures. Look in the phone book for an Ed Roche. He lives in Toms River, NJ too. He's an electric football guy too. You two both have a lot of passion for the game and you live in the same town. You might as well try to hook up with him if you haven't already. RAIDERMAN |
J.Fields....Man we are too close in NJ for me not to get
first dibs on the figs:rtfl: :rtfl: :rtfl: :rtfl: clean work Bro...I was about to send out an APB on your whereabouts..:rtfl: :rtfl: :rtfl: :rtfl: Keep it coming and remember I can hand deliver some if they are going to where I am playing that weekend.
