Custom 49ers Board
 

Just finished this and brought it to the Miggle convention...

I was really pleased with how it turned out. We set it up and tried out a few figures and bases and they ran great! It was smooth and fast. thmbsp$

The board features two detachable player trays, adjustable height feet, optional battery pack for play without cords, and a remote control. The board is made of an expanded PVC sheet and is 24 x 48. The board is powered by one 3 VDC motor.

The Skins & Cowboys Rollerboards were all there, but the 49ers board looked like a different animal. It was a notch above those other fields.

That is a very sweet board, I personally was able to run my players on it and they were flying. Although what Corey's league mates need to know is that HIS players were flying on this board, and I mean flying. Good luck trying to cover his receivers, congrats Corey & enjoy!!ltsplbll

SpeedBall? ltsplbll :mad: But really any board can be turned up speed wise. Do the players run well even at the higher speed on this board or is there a cost savings? Just curious

The PVC transfers vibration very well... I believe better than metal. It is cheaper than sheet metal (about $14 per sheet).

The answer to your question about speed. You are right, you can turn any board way up. The problem is that at those very high settings, players usually do fall over.

This board could probably handle a tiny bit more power, but you might start to get players falling down more often. The speed setting we had it on was keeping everyone upright.
