Texas Tech Honors Rhianna Today

Do not want to take away from your all EF life but some of you were important parts of Rhianna's life. Many of you guys, she knew on a "Uncle" basis so I just wanted to pass this along to you.

My daughter was honored today at her home school, Texas Tech. There was a statewide announcement of her life and death today and the school flew their state and school flag at half-mast today in Rhianna's honor.

My life has changed so much since the tragic day but I think all for the better. She touched so many lives, including mine in many wonderful ways. Here is an announcement from the Chancellor's Office about the ceremony.

Some of you got the chance to meet her and hang around her so you know why I love this child more than life itself and the loss of my best friend is my greatest loss. I say this, not for sorrow from anyone, but to let you know how important it is to cherish every moment you have with your children as I did with Rhianna and still do with Reginald.
