What a weekend! I finally purchased a big board from Grandmasterkc. WOW!!!! I LOVE IT! THank You Karim! I still cant believe what a difference it makes playing on a big board. My nephew and I also scrimmaged with teams at 4.0 weight. I had to re-tweak alot of bases and some were just no good for 4.0 and that board but after a few hours we were playing 4.0 and loving it. I have lots of pictures of the board, some Vikings I bought from Jeff Priest and my next team. I am painting The Raiders. Enjoy!

all the new goodies look great, congrats!! I'm also very glad to see you and your nephew getting up to 4.0. I had talked to Crandog (Bill) about heading with him up your way sometime for a day of playing, but he said I would need to get my weight down to be fair in playing against your teams. Needless to say, I wasn't looking forward to doing that, but maybe now I don't need too. Actually you'll find, if you haven't already that most figures will run better at 4.0, especially on that bigger board. More speed and less falling over do to vibration. Good luck w/all the new stuff and I look forward to getting together sometime soon.

You are welcome anytime. We are finding that are players do run ALOT better at 4.0 especially on that board. Maybe the end of month we can all get together.

this month may be pretty tight. I'm definitely out the weekend of the 17th & 24th, and also have to get in the Mid-Ohio SB. Plus my son's b-ball is in full swing and I'm asst. coach. Actually during the week would work better, not sure of others schedules though. Hey I'll catch up at some point, you guys schedule when it works for the majority, if I can swing it then I'll be there. Sounds like some fun. And yeah, those Vikes are off the hook, but all of Jeff's work is that good.

get something planned and I'll do my best to get there. During the week does tend to work pretty good, and Mondays/Wednesdays work out even better. Where's Crandog?? We need to get him in on this thread.

week days work best for me at this time, but if I get enough notice , then a weekend is also possible.
My kid has track meets nearly every wed/ thursday and most Saturdays until late May . So those days are out for me.

thmbsp$ Anybody and everybody! I am going to set a dare ronight and will post tomorrow.

I talked to Nico last night and he doesnt have a day off untill memorial day. The school has to make up 6 snow days. :eek: He has a perfect attendance so far this year and doesn't want to take a day off of school. So I am going with saturday April 24 around 10:00 am. Lunch is on me. The only thing you have to bring is a board and teams and a table if you have one. I have a six footer and a four footer. If it is nice out we will play in my garage. If not the man cave. Let me know if you can or cant make it. Again this is just preliminary. If Alot of you cant make it then I will go with another day.
