who should it be ???

I am in the mist of redoing my all time wolverine team and I cant think of who should be at QB...should it be rick leach...jim Harbaugh...tom brady or john Wrangler???

If you want a piece of the Buckeyes you better have them ready for Detroit.:D

My vote was for Leach.

brady???? i know that everyone loves brady now, and rightfully so, but when he was at michigan, he was treated like a 3-legged, 1 eyed, mangy dog. it made me laugh to see sooo many brady jerseys in the crowd during the osu michigan game. he certainly wasn't thought much of when he was there. let's see, why was that, oh yeah, drew henson, lol:D .

wolverine 11-20-2007 11:09 AM

brady

I wanted brady to be the QB not henson...and that was one of the things i did not like about carr

What happened to Brian Griese? He won the Natl. Championship in 1997. He is my vote. I don't remember Tom Brady having a great career at Michigan.

wolverine 11-20-2007 11:13 AM

griese

brian was my next pick...but i kinda liked brady a little better

was that the overall sentiment of michigan fans, wanting brady? i know that we've had our share of that down here. i still don't get kent graham over kirk herbstreit.

wolverine 11-20-2007 11:35 AM

henson or brady

it was kinda divided

artlax 11-20-2007 11:40 AM

Rick Leach

Probably most well known - big Michigan era.

Michigan Joe 11-20-2007 04:27 PM

It must be...

Rick Leach, he beat Ohio State

On my Meeechigan squad I split time between Rick Leach and Dennis Franklin. Both had great W-L records while at the M. For me no one else compares. I love the 70's era BLUE!

I thought I remembered there being a QB controversy for the non-conference schedule for Brady's two years between him and Henson, but Lloyd named Brady the starter at the beginning of the Big Ten schedule each year. Am I mistaken? Seems like I remember Brady being the guy for the last 7-8 games of each season.

I definately remember Brady being clutch in games for the Blue. Ones against Penn State and Alabama immediatelycome to mind.

I have brady and griese on my squad and going to make harbaugh to.I cant just have one on my michigan team.

wolverine 11-20-2007 07:51 PM

qb

ive been playing with the idea of 2 also

WolverineFan 11-20-2007 07:59 PM

My michigan is at least 50 players right now.I am trying to stop adding people. It is getting out of hand.

I am getting ready to make a football figuire team in michigan next.

Franny-j-boy 11-20-2007 10:06 PM

I say Jim Harbaugh

Jim was a better q.b at Mich. than those others so since we're talking college and not pro I definately say Jim H. Like Chris said,Brady was nothing at Mich.

WallyJ 11-21-2007 01:45 PM

Hey you have to go with Leach. Didn't he help swing the the Win Loss record over to Michigan in the Ten Year War?

OU fan 11-21-2007 06:17 PM

Good choices to choose from.....

I almost went with Harbaugh or Leach when I did my all-time team. But I went with Elvis Grbac instead. I've got them all suited up on footballfigures.com figures in thier home uniforms, and they play like they look: really good.
The flash on the digital camera makes the blue look wrong in this pic, they're actually the right color of blue for the Wolverines.
