"art" guy. i have worked 12 years in the commercial arts industry, doing production painting, sculpting, planning and site installations for all types of theme based restaurants and movie theaters, including red robin, amc, loews theaters, etc... lately the push has been going in the direction of waterparks. i am somewhat amazed that the digital print and fabricating industry has not made my job obsolete, like it did the sign painting and billboard industry.

Worked as an Aerospace Engineer-use to build helicopters for Bell Helicopter
Worked as a Telecommunications Engineer-helped design the cell phone that we all use for Ericsson back in the initial think tank

Now, a student getting ready to go to law school to pursue something that I truly have always loved, THE LAW! That will change everything that I do!

Other than that, I've got about 4 other jobs I do that keeps me up about 20 of 24 hours per day.

It's great to be working a lot. It's really a blessing!

I design cell phones for Motorola. I was a lead engineer for the RAZR and KRAZR phones. I work with China almost daily (including travel ~4 times per year) and I'm on the front line of seeing the whole export of jobs to China and it is something that really bothers me. It was a great experience to make a product like RAZR and for it to be so well accepted (please don't come after me if you bought one and it broke though  ). I design parts for injection molding, casting, stamping, extrusion, etc so it I know exactly what it takes to mass produce consumer products (including an EFL game). If you got any great ideas for what you'd want in a cell phone give me a PM!

I am a purchasing analyst for US Foodservice in Los Angeles. We are a national company that sells food and restaurant supplies to everybody from your mom and pop hamburger joint to national account chain restaurants, colleges, healthcare facilities, the government, etc...

I spend my days compiling data, making custom reports and tracking all facets of our purchasing dept.

Great topic, good to hear what everyone does to earn their money and spend it on little plastic men.
