If It Were Me

Weakside Off The Break For 6 Points....especially If That Were My Giants......i Beg For This Type Of Defense Against Me ...the Backside Is Not Covered Well Even With The Weakside Backer Pivotted He Needs Speed On That Side To Cover This Play...i Like This Lo-lo Good Threads

Coach K-LO 02-29-2008 10:27 AM

what's not pictured but you see the hand there is the corner on the outside being pivoted.... Now where would go with the ball???

Qb Up The Gut

Or Strongside Running Back( Screen Or Pitch) After Board Stoppage......

Pitch/pass to #26 for a run on the outside....#85 is a TTC up against a rookie base....I would have #85's dial tweaked to push his block inside and create the traffic jam to keep the 2nd line of defense from getting to my runner in the pursuit.

If the corner on the strong side is pivoted I am going to the opposite direction unless I can get the RB passed the pivoted cornerback.

Coach K-LO 02-29-2008 04:13 PM

my call would have been....

my call would be to give it to #26 going around right end. 1 - Because you have the mismatch with the TE (TTC) going against a rookie base and no other defenders outside.

#26 around right end. defense looks vulnerable there

Keep talking Mike , tell us all your plans ! :D

I would throw a flair pass to the strong side of the field to #26. The defense seems to have no help on the strong side of the field. Just from the pictures it looks like an easy first down if not more.

Just like K-Lo said, that tight end could seal his man off and the strong side is wide open.

canadatabletopgames 04-29-2008 08:50 PM

my choice..

Pitch out to #26 and i'll go for 6

We in the MOMFL allow turning of the receiver after a pass.
So I would pass. I would wait til my rb's clear the lb's , then hit them with a swing pass.
I forgot to mention how good the 2 teams look. thmbsp$

Why wouldn't anyone suggest using the TTC on#85 to slightly veer in our out & hit him with a pretty much uncontested pass?It doesn't appeard to have much downfield support on this play.Especially to the outside of 85.
