Some good shelves to display your teams, and a solid work area to create in. I hope you can take some pictures when its done

Some Fatheads on the walls. A small fridge for your beer. Like Frank said a stadium to be the centerpeice. You also want fluorescent lights. A TV with NFL Network playing at all times. I believe Home Depot sells paints in team colors so black and gold would look nice. lol I am also planning to remodel my basement. My house is only 3 years old and I had an extra course of block put up to make it 9' high. I am going to try and paint the walls to look like a stadium with fans and Steeler banners hanging. I am going to use green outdoor carpeting for the floors. I am hoping to start late summer early fall.

I have always dreamed of a high ceiling room with 3 rows of stadium seating encircling the room and the field and arrowhead suspended from the ceiling with heigth adjustment. Of course a work area with clean nice organized storage bins in the hundreds and a display area vacumn sealed with my collections displayed and lighted.

No football room is complete unless it has a poster on the wall of Waxon and Waxoff, the Super Sumos fabulous running backs. ppls$

Utimate electric football room
 

When my wife and I bought our house 5 years ago my plan then was to turn the upstairs bonus room into an electric football room. My stepson took it over, though, when we moved in. Now that he has gone to college, I can finally start making plans for it. I have got to figure out how to combine Tennessee Titans colors (navy blue, columbia blue, red and white) with Universtiy of Tennessee orange and white. Since I now work for a company that builds and installs museum exhibts and have learned a lot about how to display aritfacts and collections, it is probably going to become an electric football museum with boards hanging on the wall and displayed in cases along with my various collections of football memorabilia, board games and a library of football books and videos. I plan to have my vintage 620 board set up so that I can always have a game ready to play and of course a large flat screen monitor or TV available to watch games on with theater seating for watching football movies.

It is not much...but here are some photos of my miniature football basement...it is my escape from daily life...long live miniature football!

If thats not much, then WOW!! That basement is way sweet, I like the old f.ball table being used for MF/EF board, and all the helmets are pretty cool, nice job.

Wolverine fan, ahhhhh, your gig is also way sweet, but being a Buckeyes fan its hard for me to get with, well you understand.lol

eflfanatic, the transition from titans to vols should not be that hard of a process. the red in the titans logo and the orange in the vols are complimentary colors. they will tie in nicely together.

The helmets are the real deal...I started collecting them in 1995 and I bought one helmet a month until I had all 32. My favorite helmet is my Jacksonville Jaguars helmet. I bought their helmet when the team first came into the league in 1997. If some of you may recall, the Jaguars original helmet was silver with a photo of a Jaguar leaping on the side. The Jaguars never got to actually use the first design because the car company Jaguar sued them for copy right infringements, so they changed to the black helmet with the Jaguar head on it that we know today. I have one of only a few helmets that was sold...and it is put away in a safe place....of course I had to buy the updated Jaguars helmet when it came out so I have two Jacksonville helmets...

That was a sportsfans paradise. The only problems that I had with your pictures were 1) there was a treadmill in the room :D and 2) there were no close ups of the Steeler helmet lffng$. Seriously though that was awesome. Wolverine Fan I missed your Steeler items too but will forgive you this time. I wish I had a playroom like you two. I may have to show they wife these pics and see if I can't talk her into something ;) .

I too have a room ( my office ) deicated to EFL and Nascar. Have 3 cases on the wall. Have 4 EFL boards including a 308 ( thanks to Reggie ). However, the entire room is not dedicated to just sport s and need more room. If I show pictures of your room to my wife, she might not think that I am so crazy...
