Creating a team question
When you create a past team, how do you find player's skin tones, and some of the rosters. I cannot find most of the player's skintones. Such as, if the player is white, or tan, or African-American.
Thanks, Michael |
Michael
try putting the name of the player in google and hit the images tab and that should work. If not try putting the names of the players on this chat board and someone will usually know.
|
Is there a particular team and player that you are a trying to match a skin tone. If yes then which team and player ?
Coach J |
I'm making the '75 vikes, and I am looking for some of the players skintones that I don't know, or my dad doesn't know (his favorite viking team.)
So I will get alot of questions up in a few weeks. |
What players do you need ? I have a 75 Vikings team all painted up , so I have already done the research.
|
I need people that aren't like Chuck Foreman, or Fran Tarkenton, or Jim Marshall.
I need people like Roy Winston, who I have never heard of. If you can, post it please. If it is too much work, I can always do my own research like I have done for the Jags, and the Hawkeyes I am painting. In the end I will need some information, cause I have tried a few people I haven't heard of and done a google image search and nothing came up even related. If you can, thanks Jeff, and I believe that team had a 48 man roster, or something like that. Thanks, Michael |
For starters Roy Winston is white. Who else do you need ?

I know that the skin tone for TE Stu Voigt is white. I think I know the skin tones for Guard Ed White & Tackle Charlie Goodrum but will not say until I find out for sure.

I just did what detroitchild told me and I had tremendous success! And I was doing this while detroitchild made his post.
I got a picture of every guy, even though some were black and white pictures, I got just about everyone. These next 2 people had their own cards on the site, but were in black and white, so I couldn't tell very much. All I need now are: Steve Craig, the picture looked a little like he was black and Clint Haslerig, who I thought could have been either or tan. Thank you guys so much for helping me, let's just get these last 2 people. Michael |
I think...
...it's pretty safe to say both guys are black. PAINT ON MY FRIEND!thmbsp$

If anyone can tell me how to post a spreadsheet file on here, I will so you can see what I have.
I looked at a picture of Terry Brown and it looks like he is white. Thanks to all who helped. |
