What I've accomplished so far...
 

Yesterday, I got my FF figures, so I've been working on getting my O & D set up.

The defense is set.

I even did my first customization of figures. Nothing complicated. I wanted two cornerbacks who could run with receivers and have their arms in the air like they were going to block a pass to the receiver. So I took a couple of BB figures, one facing right, another left). They have that leaning pose. I think they are WR figures. I took an arm off and replaced the arm with a straighter arm off another figure (think an OL figure). Now I have 2 CBs that can play their respective side of the field.

I'm using the BB cover corner figures right now, but I'm going to work on making the shutdown corner with the FF figure I have.

For the offense, I have the OL set. All that's left there is getting the WRs and RBs set. In my playing around with tweaking, I replaced the dials in the straight strong bases with ITZ dials. I cut off the prongs on the original base. So all of my PL can move sideways, backwards whatever. Also what I discovered is that a couple of the FF figures that I used for my guards really lean back. So, I turned them around on the base. Their weight gives them a forward lean and really jacks up the back, giving them a lot of strength. Remember, I cut off the original prongs, so the ITZ prongs are more in the center and front.

So as soon as I get my RB and WR situation straightened out, I'll be ready to start painting.
