Rules question/Pass simmulation

If the wr/rb goes past the ball/magnet without touching it,at what point is it an incomplete pass.I am coming from a defensive standpoint. If the nearest db trailing contacts the ball after the wr/rb passes it up is this considered an int.?You could say the ball was underthrown like it happens in the real game.Do you guys give other defenders pursuing a chance to intercept it also.I am thinking no.because the ball would be dead by now in the real game.Any help would be appreciated..thanks STT

It must be "Bang Bang" in order for it tobe an INT should the receiver pass the ball. It "MUST LOOK LIKE AN INT"
