SETUP PROTOCOLS
 

Offense:

1. Exactly 4 men on LOS; each OL exactly 1 base-length apart; one TE and 1 WR are eligible receivers.
2. QB must be behind and within 1 base-length of Center; FB must be within 1 base-length of QB.
3. WR2 (left) sets up off the LOS no futher than 1 base-length; OS sets up anywhere.

Defense:

1. 3 DL setup directly in front of 3 OL.
2. Illegal Formation!!! DL cannot setup in gaps.
3. Illegal Defense! DEs cannot setup outside of OL.
4. Mack LB sets up in gap; no closer than rear edge and no further than 1 base-length from DL; sets up opposite gap of TE.
5. Illegal Defense! MLB cannot stack, unless FB stacks.
6. Illegal Defense! MLB cannot setup in betwen 2 DL on LOS.
7. Jack LB sets up in opposite gap of MLB, with same limitations.
8. JLB may be set upon a magnet.

1. The 3 DBs cover their respective counterparts.
2. Illegal Defense! DBs may not setup any closer than the rear edge of the DL.
3. DBs may setup as far off the LOS as the Defensive Coach wishes!
4. Illegal Defense! DBs are not allowed to purposely blitz the QB.

Not a bad idea.....like it in fact!!! and hope to see Arena Football next year.
