"For Advanced Play" rule set

Beginning Nov. 1st the MFCA Rules committee will begin working on a "For Advanced Play" rules set. It will basically be an encyclopedia of current rules used by leagues and tournaments for playing the game. I am asking all league and tournament organizers to please have updated versions of the rules available either in the "Rules" section of the forum or on your league or tournament website or links to rules on your league webpages available through the MFCA league directory. Another good reason to provide the MFCA with current league info regarding your league. We will be using as much info and quoting from and referencing to as many league and tournament rule sets as possible.

The current MFCA Rules Committee consists of myself as chairman, Don Lang, Adrian Baxter, Kelvin Lomax and Andre Godgell. Please feel free to contact me by email or pm with any questions or comments.

Thanks,
Chris LeMay

Bump

Coaches,

We will be starting this process in a few weeks and would like your input for the advance rule set. As Chris ask, please update your leagues rule sets, and give us your recommendations keeping with-in the frame work Chris laid out.

Also, please look at the rules created for beginning coaches and leave any comments, critiques at the following thread:

Thanks

Reminder

Just a reminder. Beginning tomorrow I will be making a thorough examination of all available rule sets. Also would like to have any contact information for leagues and tournament organizers in case there are any questions. I may be asking for histories of leagues and what sets your league apart from others, so any cooperation from everyone will greatly be appreciated.

Thanks,
Chris LeMay
