My Solitaire League the IEEFL

Check out my website to keep up with all the league action!! :D

In a sold out Louisiana Superdome the New Orleans Saints eventually outlasted the Detroit Lions in double overtime to win the League opener behind the strength of Drew Brees pin point passing. Brees threw for five touchdowns and 375 yards passing, out deuling the Lions Rookie QB Matthew Stafford who threw for 327 yards in a losing effort.

I am running with all 32 teams. Oilers subbing for the Titans. 4 game season. This is going to take forevere but I'm sure it will be a labor of love!!;)

passing sticks

Hi Iron eagle,

Great videos you do ! i definitly have to start playing solitaire, as soon as my "pro" team will be completed thmbsp$

One thing I noticed, is that you use quite short sticks for a big board like your, no ?

I'm using that type of sticks, on a 42x22" board :

the blue passing stick I use is 18 "real" yards long (regarding to my board yardage), for example.

Of course you can play as you want, but since I noticed it (or I believe I noticed it, because with the camera, perhaps it's a false impression I had), I wanted to share the info ;)

Dimitri,

You are correct, my sticks were for my 620 board. The blue measures 14 1/4 yards on my new board, the white measures 9 3/4 and the white is 5 yards. I may keep using them however because I love offense. I used to have 7-3 or 14-10 games on my 620 board. I think a team only got to 21 points twice and to 24 points once. And that was in about 20 games or so. To be frank, it got a little boring.

With my new board along with the passing sticks set the same distance, my
1st game with the Saints and Lions was 37-34. I couldn't stop playing i was having so much fun. ppcrn Remember, the good part about solitaire is it's your rules. There is no one way to do anything. You should experiment. That is what I am doing.

And you're perfectly right thmbsp$

Have fun ;)
