NEFL Rule Question: Pivoting Wr's and or TE's on the line or in the slot

can you pivot wr's on the line? Can you pivot TE's in the slot? Is that considered a motion or a pivot if on the line or in the slot? Can you motion a wr from one side of the field to the other (in slot? on line?)

You can do 2 pivots ....that's just angling a receiver or back....

or you can do one motion and one pivot angling a slot receiver is just a pivot

(moving a wr or rb anywhere on the field) thats a motion

when you (angle/ pivot) a wr that's on the line of scrimmage that is considered a motion
