My thanks to all the coaches around the EF community for their thoughts, prayers, and support. Luckily, I'm out of the hospital now and recovering at home. I can't remember the last time I was this sick ... it really knocked me off my feet. But today I'm starting to feel much better.

I'll be back this coming weekend in further NEFL action.
