I can already tell you that coaches who have no interest in the CBSMF will only go to the convention. But coaches in the CBSMF WILL GO TO BOTH. So starting right now CBSMF COACHES must help build up the leagues clientel. When you travel to said cities you will recruit a few coaches. But way more promotion and marketing must be done in this off season. If coaches have any ideas that can be useful, please share your thoughts. I think all conferences should do what they can to stock pile there conference with coaches. Even if you do not like several individuals, you dont have to marry them. let them in your conference, play the game, shake hands and go home. kobe does not hang out with any of his teammates. They only know him on the court. texas and new york/new jersey should be loaded with coaches who already play the style. More coaches in the east are needed. If you feel someone will be a headache to play, request two to three ref's for that one game.

If someone is willing to play this style, there is only a small group of us so let them. A major campaign must take place in the south joining florida/georgia and the carolinas together for one conference.
