I'd like to use the rules but I don't know them. Is the only way to learn the basic rule set to buy the DVD?

did tried it but it is a little bit too long. Me i use a custom play chart (offense/defense) with i play 9 play per quarter which give me between 45-75 minutes per game.

MPFL

I am going to start a Big 8 conference next spring. I will use a modified version ( not as many stops, passing sticks modified, etc).$cch$
