All are under 4.0.. I added weight to get them up to 4.0

All I did was slap on some paint and decals. Moved a few around for better balance.
But the kicker is the shoes they are wearing . OOOOOOOHHHHHHWWWWWWEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!
