You think something can be worked out so i could use the pill football when in L A. Here are some compromises i will surely adhere to.

1) pull the qb back further for a longer throw.

2)The receiver cannot advance the ball if the pass is complete.

Just speaking for myself, it is extremely hard to pick up that small football and place it on the tdq. But the pill is just the right size where is it comfortable. i dont pass becAUSE IT IS TOO MUCH FOR ME TO FUMBLE AROUND WITH THAT TINY FOOTBALL. I never discussed this before until recently with joe greco. just want you guys to see where im coming from on the medical issue. For me, this is why i always pushed for it's use.

It makes life much easier. I did the test last night with both, night and day.

I personally have no issue with you using the "pill" football... we are pretty good here in L.A about allowing most things in our games, some things are alittle bit much, like a corner with arms so wide he can trap 2 recievers by himself :eek: :eek: :eek:

but having met you and knowing the problem you face when passing, i would say this..at least you are trying to pass with the Qb rather then using the 'BOX" and for that i say thmbsp$ thmbsp$ ppls$ ppls$ ppls$

I cant speak for everyone, but for me, if we ever play a game, it would be my honer to host you, and anything you need to play is cool with me, in the end you still have to line em up like the rest of us !

Thanx alot for being open to this. I tried the box against celo's godson and i'd rather use the tdq. Now all i have to do is figure out how to get past your
" U " shaped offensive line as they move backwards.

As Rick mentioned, we do not really limit the types of balls anyone uses. I have seen the pill used, leather and foam, felt,etc... all types of balls used.

You have nothing to worry about in Los Angeles Dre. You made the trip and embraced the culture, throw the pill baby!

I admire your desire to throw and your are always welcome to get down out here.

Thanx alot. Life will be alot easier. I had them with me but i did not mention anything because i thought they were not allowed in that ruleset conference wide. The pass box may be great for ned flanders and jim davis. I could not figure it out and when i did throw a pass with it, it was complete. But inside i felt it was not. I felt it was not earned on the field. No disrespect to reg's system and pass idea. It is just not me. So i needed another option. You guy's just gave me the green light for something new. I will still miss 50% but at least im throwing. Its not fun when a coach knows your going to run, so there is no suprise for him.
