Thanksgiving Day MF
 

Does or has anybody actually played a league game on Thanksgiving Day ?

I would but I'll be away travelling.

Might try to get a game in tomorrow.

ive played many games on turkey day in the past, but never a league game. usually its a solitare matchup, most recently it has been my 60's uniformed Lions VS my 60's era uniformed Cowboys done by 8-ball. played it 3 years in a row.
this year its gonna be an old AFL matchup.....

HINT, it was gonna be my Raiders VS my new Broncos...lol.

but, ive decided to go with my newest aquired team...

dark jersey Penn St, VS, White jersey Ohio St.

but in all honesty, i will probably op for 2 NFL teams again.

I work ! Thanksgiving does not exist here in France. :D

I think i'll play with my two current teams (Seahawks vs Steelers) with my new rules (4 quarters of 9 plays)

and I have played on Thanksgiving the past two years (Turkey Day Tussle) was one of our league games for the CNYEFL - but not in the plans this year :(

I keep telling people...
 

"What don't you understand by solitaire", but RJ is coming to Arlington for Thanksgiving and wants to play. I've told my "nephwe" I have no interest in playing him and playing anyone else for that matter, but he wants to still get in a game with me.

Trust me, I would rather just play alone but RJ is my boy so I will probably do something with him. I may force him to create a team to play with. He wants to use one of the teams I have painted but I am trying to get teams done.

If we play, I may put it on the NFLGTSL network. What I would like to do is teach him how to play solitaire so he can do his own thing.

I will look forward to any Turkey Day game posts. Anyone who plays the Traditional games tomorrow should be recognized even in France and Canada.

I have one the Lions vs the Packers!! played tomorrow night Jets vs Bears tonight!!
