Just to clarify the ruling on what prolines you can use for the Miggle tournament.

It doesn't matter which run they are. When they came out, there was nothing in print on the packages that stated they were the 1st, 2nd or 3rd runs. The categorizing of such was adopted by the EF community.

The very first, overweighted proline type bases that came out around 2003 or so are not allowed, and we all know which ones these are? They look like weighted down boat bases.
