Tested my new Rookies today
 

Well, I finally had time to run a few tests with my new polo-green rookie bases from Miggle on my Super Bowl set (won off of E-bay a couple of months ago) and they performed beautifully; much more so than the TTC bases which came with the Giants and Broncos. I did find that a few of those bases (the ones I tested) were a bit straighter running with a little added weight (used a nickel in lieu of a figurine and ran drills with this "nickel-back") but still tended to have problems. Those bases I'll use for tweaking practise and experiments, but meanwhile I've got new bases which work marvelously.

Remember O, you don't want them all to run straight. Some of your defenders need to turn so they can sack the qb. Also, you may want a back who "swings" out of the backfield. Good luck with your new empire.
