Questionaire instructions
 

Sorry guys, the Word document questionairre didn't work quite like I thought it would.

To fill it out:
Save to computer
Open in Word
Highlight your answer or replace the box with an X
Save
Attach to email
Retrun to coach@miniaturefootball.org

Sorry for the inconvenience. Maybe someone can teach me how to make it interactive next time.

I didn't have any problems with it Wolf...
Course.. I went ahead and highlighted my answers anyway..

You may want to check your bulk mail. That's where I find my mass e-mailed e-mail. :cool:

If anyone else has not recieved your questionaire please send me an email. I will send them out again one by one for those that did not get it the first time. We have been sending out regular emails at least every two to three weeks. If you are not getting these please check your email settings and add coach@miniaturefootball.org to your safe list.
