How many Coaches play with factory painted teams
 

Heres another one that I am curious about how many coaches use factory painted squads??

Not me or anyone else in the MOMFL . Even my 11 year old paints his own team.
I did use the factory painted teams until the late 90 's for the most part though.

No one
 

In my league no coaches plays with them. The see the beauty of the other teams and understand that you're team is a reflection of you.

If to take pride in how you dress, then you should take pride in you're team.

When I was little
 

I remember my brother Pat ordering us about ten teams. I'll never forget the day the box came and how excited I was to be getting my teams and especially my Oilers. However,when we opened up our package I was never soo dissapointed to see the way my teams and Oilers were painted. It looked like all the stripes were just slopped on there. I went from being extremely excited to "what the heck is this". I could not wait to start painting. I had them bad boyz looking like I wanted them to when I got the package. Here they are now.

Those Oilers look cool, nice job. I am stopping the urge to paint over my teams.

i'm with you Chris, I stopped painting over my teams a few years ago once I seen that ebay has a plenty........

......... and of course once decals came out.......
