3-4 defense
 

Most guys down here in SC run a 3-4 defense. I run a 5-2 with Army.

What do you run? Why?

I Use A Veriation Of The 3-4 Defense On Some Of My Teams Or During Passing Situations.

In My 3-4, I Use The De-nt-de Crashing The Middle Of The O-line And The Inside Lb Clean Up Behind Them... The Olb On Both Sides Are The 'pressure Players' Off The Edge.

I'm new and not in a league officially yet anyways but I'm looking around. I've coached at all levels in the past and I can't seem to make my mind up.

Yes, we would love to have you. Although, Elizabeth City is way up in the upper right hand corner of NC, I think.

If that is true, you might be better off hooking up with Jimbo and Old School.

But, bottom line, get in a league Bro. Its the best thing you can do for yourself if you are interested in this hobby.

Its all about the face to face fellowship!
