Whats a good LB base?

Lets say I want to put together a LB that can #1 be very fast and #2 can shed blocks, What is a good base for this type LB? $cch$

Here's a few ideas...
1) Pro Line strong rookie straight front. This is a very dependable base that runs very consistent when it comes to directional control which is helpful to track down the RB out of the backfield. In addition, it can be tweaked for power and the straight front can add "stacking" power behind the D-line.
2) A versatile TTC which can arc both ways very well. I've seen first hand from my friend Jimbo how versatile a good TTC base can be on a middle linebacker. On a TTC base, the LB can avoid blocks by taking arc like patterns to the ball. With this base it is also easier to disguise a zone as well.
