The Best way to get the skin tone thing correct is to get a bunch of flesh color paints, flesh,medium flesh, different browns for African American players, brown, caremel, and beige that you can mix other brown paints with to get lighter skin players correct like Hines Ward or Guys like Tony Gonzales correct, and for the players you listed I would just Google image em all and you should get the Skin Tones quite easily.

brown, abraham, riley, tullis are black

Hi Blues. When looking for skin tones, most often you can enter the player's name in searches at either www.wikipedia.org, or an image search at www.google.com, and you will get images of the player to answer the question.
