Hello, to all coaches. My name is Le'Ron King and I will be playing with:
THE SMU MUSTANGS: AKA PONY EXPRESS BACKFIELD!!! U KNOW!!!
I just wanted everyone to know about how I got all of my information on the SMU Mustangs. I simply went online and Google Searched SMU Athletics and contacted the people in the Sports Info Department and he emailed me everything I wanted and needed for my SMU football team. Just wanted to put that out there so some coaches could get a since of direction on research and not make it so hard on themselves.thmbsp$

Good tip! I've also found that the SID office of colleges are extremely helpful. I think they like it if you do all the base research and then just use them to fill in the gaps (like I needed 3 players numbers for Louisville).

Good luck with SMU. I did the Pony Express uniforms and an all-time team for this year's Buzzfest and they made it to the quarterfinals. Here are some of the guys from the SMU squad off the top of my head:

QB: Dandy Don Meridith
RB: Dickerson, Doak Walker, James, Dupard, Rote
WR: LeVias, Lamar Hunt, Raymond Berry
OL: Forrest Gregg and a bunch of other guys

DL: Louie Kelcher, Jerry Ball, Forrest Gregg (2-way), Michael Carter
LB: Ted Thompson (GM for the Pack), Putt Shoate,
DB: Russell Carter, Wes Hopkins, Doak Walker (2 way)
