Looks like our next stop could be the "ESPN ZONE IN MIDTOWN MANHATTAN" ....... we got a ok from the manager now we just have to work out the dates.......Can you say ESPN Sportscenter clip...the BAM Packers report on SPORTSCENTER.... What is great about this oppurtunity is that they often do live updates (feeds) from this Location....



So don't look now but you may see us DOING IT UP SHOOTOUT STYLE IN THE BACKGROUND OF A SPORTSCENTER UPDATE........OOOOOOHHHHHH YEAH.......

The BAM Packers just started glossing up the helmets for that gig. Also looks like we'll have to bring more "props" for post game interviews!

With this type of energy and enthusiasm and good "core", next season looks even more promising!

I am glad I am a member of the BAM. I may stop playing in the DFW altogether next season and just throw my time and energy behind the BAM. I love the guys and what they are doing ALREADY!

So keep it up! You guys may get up to the 30 plus coaches by next season.

B.A.M. COACHES


Playing in the ESPN will give the league expsure to football fans who think the games is dead. It may get quite noisy in there but i like that. We will hget crowds around our tables watching the action which is good also. We need to have cards and flyers on hand to pass out for future recruits for the league. Lets see if weirdwolf can help us out with some promotional packages.

also, im looking for digital mini clocks that can be set in the back of each end zone for coaches to see the countdown instead of listening for it.(due to the noise we will encounter during gameday). THAST WOULD BE SWEET !!!!!!
I think coaches will be alot more comfortable actually seeing the clock counting down knowing they must hurry.

I think the B.A.M. is off to a great start for a rookie league in this hobby.


I am going to notify the news channels of our league and ask someone on the sports staff to come down to the zone and do a report on the game. I will use my tudor factory tweek article and all article's in the tweek's to show them that the game originated here in new york and it's back alive and well. I do not see them refusing to do a story on this because this is history in new york.

im going to contact the embassy suite in battery park city and ask can we use a conference room at a decent price. I will expalin the hotel chain has a history with miniature football via the miggle tourney's. im sure the main sales dept for the suites will approve knowing there facilities have been used for our hobby around the country

If you know what i know you would sign up for the b.a.m for the 2009 season.

you can contact mozeek and wally and let them know your plans. You can pick a team for 2009 but if you don't buy that franchise soon as you can and someone else comes along with money burning in their pockets they will get the team.
