Itz bases and F5 bases

Can anybody give me any info on the itz bases? Are they good for strength or speed? Where do you get these type of bases? Are the F5 bases any good and where do you get those? Thanks

itz's are just dials that are placed into base shells. they have 4 or 8 prongs per dial, and give lateral movement, diagonal movement, etc... with the prongs being hidden under the shell, it is difficult for the defense to tell which way you are going. i have achieved both strength and speed out of these. you can get them through mark klingbeil, mklingbeil on this forum. do a search for the dials, he gives an e-mail address to contact him, but i do not remember it.
tornado alley f-5's can achieve good strength and speed combos, imo. i have them on a number of my league players. get them here http://www.tornadoalleyefs.com/main....B.qscstrfrnt01
tweaking is a must with these, and heating your pliers helps tremendously. they come with a brochure that contains tweaking tips.

Both are good.

The ITZ dials allow you to do many different things with your scheme/plays.

The F5 bases are excellent - have achieved great strength and you can get good speed as well - balance can be an issue - just work with 'em. Many are on the CNYEFL and BAM Packers as well. thmbsp$
