Need customizers help for removable helmet figures!
 

Hi all,
I 'm trying to customize some new figures with removable helmets.Here is an my first figure. Does anyone have ideas as to how to make helmets? All help will be greatly appreciated.

well i know from my foolin around that you can take a figure, remove the head and dremmel it out hollow to make a helmet with no head in it. but i never tried to re attach it, my plans are for a helmet in a hand kinda thing. hope that helps some.

How about
 

Go to a hobby store buy the molding material they sell.Go to to 'toys r us' and pick up a Mcfarlane NFL football player figure in your scale(if possible)those football helmets are removable from the figures.Make a mold of that helmet.And you might get quite a few helmets from that first mold.I Don't know if this is oversimplified for you,but good luck.
