The pic below is of some lights that are 12 volts, my question is, is there an adapter that turns 110 volts into 12 volts ?, and if so where do I buy it.

Model Train Transformer

Norbert: The easiest thing to use is a variable model train transformer to step the voltage down to 12V AC and/or convert the current to DC. You can vary the voltage to acquire the brightness you desire, the lower the voltage the longer the life of the light bulbs. You could use an old 25 watt transformer to get the desired results. I did what Ray said when I set mine up. If you can find a train transformer, it's perfect.
