Figs question?Play/display
 

Hello,getting back into hobby and need some figure advice.Which figs are best for play and which are best for scene/display.Before I had buzzball and haiti repo.I also see the reggie figs and their detail.They seem like more of a display fig.I know some leagues won't allow certain figs.Any advice and I am looking for figs to detail or if you have some to trade/sell.I only have mcfarlanes for trade as of now.Thanks in advance--Steel Town Tough

Greetings to you my friend. Glad to see you made it to the MFCA chatboard. There are quite a number of coaches on this chatboard who make custom figures. I was very pleased with the end results and now I only field a team with custom figures. I will send you a PM and recommend who to contact.

You could also take a look in the team gallery section or the league pics and contact the people who's figures you like from the pictures. There are atleast 15- 20 figure makers on this site .

figs for play/figs for show
 

Can anyone help with that part of it?Seems the regg/figs maybe more for show or are they as good to play with on the boards.Seems most use buzzball/haiti's.thanks STT

Any custom figure can be used . Some of the reason that Haiti and buzzball are used so much is most leagues have a weight limit and those figures do not have a problem making it under the limit. Reg's figures weigh a little more than those I mentioned.
If you want to see every figure manufacturer's figures used just look at our league thread titled Mid- Ohio League. We allow any custom figure and our weight limit is higher than alot of other leagues.
