Question for Coach J on bases
 

I have seen many different posts where you advocate purchasing orange, polo green and teal bases.

Can you detail what positions you use each base for as well as some of the differences between each?

I primarily use the rookie bases for the skilled positions and the TTC bases for the OL and DL. The TTC bases can also be used for loopers. My experince has been that the polo green rookie are excellent for speed when tweaked and the same holds true for the orange. My preference for speed is the polo green. The TTC bases for all three colors are good for strength. Hope this helps. By the way have you been in contact with coaches in your area ?
