Default THANX

GREG,

Thanx for the information.

NOW IN REGARDS TO THE WILDCAT !!!!!!!!

Just so coaches understand who want to run this. You ever notice in some wildcat formations NO-ONE IS BEHIND THE CENTER. They can be either slighty left of the center or slighty right of the center. In this case centers are taught to PASS/HIKE the ball slighty left or right. The running backs will move left or right to catch the ball then make there move. SHOULD WE INDICATE WE ARE IN A WILDCAT FORMATION PRIOR TO,THE SNAP.

Reason being, i can hear coaches now, SOMEONE HAS TO BE UNDER CENTER.
In the wildcat NO THEY DON'T !!

With that said, we can line up in a normal run/pass situation. THEN AUDIBLE INTO THE WILDCAT. With someone close enough (angled) towards the center to simulate catching the ball then running or passing. As long as we let the defense know who is catching the ball from the center i hope is sufficiant enough to be legal.

I GUESS WHOEVER IS GETING THE BALL SHOULD BE A HALF BASE LENGTH FROM THE CENTER. OR A BASE LENGTH. OR DIRECTLY UNDER .

We know directly under is sufficiant, the quesh is what do you want to honor in terms of not being directly under center.

1) 1/2 base length (behind the guard)

2)base length (behind the tackle)

I will get into the UNEVEN LINES LATER, FOR EXAMP

END>CENTER> GUARD>GUARD>TACKLE>TACKLE> END

OR

END>TACKLE>CENTER>GUARD>GUARD>TACKLE> END

***Those not too familiar with uneven lines

It just means more players on one side of the center on the line of scrim

Thanx
