I guess I use to be on the fence about it, but at this point, if it were up to me I would set 4.0 as the standard and be done with it. I just don't see the point in 3.2 any more with all the new fields and customs being made out of every type of figure including Miggles, Buzzballs, Jennings and FF.coms. It just seems that 4.0 makes more sense. It is so easy to weight up with tungsten or lead tape and by the time you are done customizing you hardly need that. For the most part it gives you more versatility and they run better in most cases.
I am against going to 4.1 though or any other new weight. We have to set a maximum somewhere and 4.0 is easy to remember and easy to adjust to.
