That way it's apples to apples and simple. Just my humble opinion as I can equally poorly tweak any base  ...I'm in no matter what is decided...I need to be assessed against the best in order to get better, however, I still can't PASS above 55%, why do I suc so bad, embarrassing, I tell ya.
Great in practice at home alone w/no one watching, choke in game, it's all in my head...I need therapy

keep practicing is the only way to get better! you have to create "game situations" in practice so that when you have to make the same pass in a real game, it looks like the practice field....
